ECI Partners, the leading growth-focused, mid-market private equity firm, has expanded its team with two new hires: Isabella Fox is joining as Investment Manager and Chloe James joins as Event Manager.
Isabella joins ECI from BGF’s London deal team, where she was responsible for originating and executing primary and secondary investments. During this time, Isabella completed investments in Brompton Bicycles, Scrumbles Pet Food and Alpha Development as well as holding several Board positions. Prior to BGF, Isabella worked in PwC’s Corporate Finance team, focusing on mid-market M&A advisory, including a secondment to Amsterdam; she holds an ACA and MBA. Isabella has previous experience working with ECI, having advised ECI Partners on the Travel Chapter deal in 2018. As an Investment Manager, Isabella will be responsible for originating and executing on investments in growing and resilient businesses as well as supporting great management teams, once they are part of the ECI portfolio.
Before joining ECI, Chloe was a Client Delivery Project Manager at learning and development consultancy, MindGym, where she was responsible for organising and supporting the delivery of global learning programmes for predominantly finance and insurance clients. Prior to this, Chloe spent four years at Wunderman Thompson Live, delivering immersive event experiences for a variety of brands. Chloe will run the event programme at ECI, organising a range of different experiences for the people we work with, including our portfolio, investors and our advisor network.
