First Response Finance completes the hat-trick with 2023 award win

First Response Finance, the vehicle finance company with offices in Nottingham, Leigh, and Glasgow, has won another award for the best business within the insurance industry.

This makes it the third category win in a row for ‘Best Car Finance Provider’ at the Consumer Credit Awards, following wins in 2021 and 2022.

Jonathan Such, head of sales at First Response Finance, said: “We’re honoured to not just be nominated for and win this award but to have won it for the third time.

“Our mission has always had our customers at the heart of it, so the continued recognition from results directly influenced by consumers means the world to all of us.”

The awards were first launched in 2016 by Smart Money People, the UK’s dedicated financial services review site, using consumer reviews to influence the category winners and represent customer satisfaction.

Voting for the awards opened at the start of May and closed in mid-August before the winners were announced on 7th September.

Jacqueline Dewey, CEO of Smart Money People, said: “The awards were set up to give recognition to companies offering accessible credit options to consumers or assisting those who have taken on more than they can afford.

“The Consumer Credit Awards look to be an endorsement of customer experiences and define the winners as some of the best in the industry.

“With how turbulent the past 12 months have been for consumers amidst the cost-of-living crisis, interest rates rising, and inflation, the companies going that extra step further for consumers deserve to be celebrated.”

Jonathan continued: “We’re so thrilled to have been chosen as the standout business once again this year, particularly with the turbulence within the credit industry in the last 12 months. To be considered among the quality of the other nominees is a true honour.”
