John holds notable qualifications, including CeMap, CeFa, and DipRBCB, and her strengths lie in delivering a personalised approach to each applicant, resulting in positive outcomes for all parties involved. With a focus on customer-centric practices, she aims to guide clients through the mortgage application process seamlessly.
